Sleep Aids and GH...

Will sleep aids like ambien and lunesta help the body release more GH the way GHB was supposed to have?

In a word, No

Melatonin is perhaps something worth looking into, i began reseaching it about a year ago, but i got bored and skipped straight to GH ha ha.

GHB was supposed to make your body produce more GH? Shit- I just took it get high. I had no idea it was actually good for me. Go figure.

If I remember correctly GHB’s property as a GABA agonist is responsible for this, so I figured the other sleep aids did the same because they are somewhat similar I think. I’m not totally sure about the whole thing though, hence the question.

Have heard that Dextromethorphan HBR used in incredibly high doses can illicit GH response, but never have found an article on it, nor will i find out myself.

What about benzodiazepines. It would make sense that they would promote GH release.
