Hi coach, can Lower body Sled work be used in circuit fashion e.g.
Prowler Push - 30m
Backward dragging - 30m
Frankenstein walk or Pull throughs - 30m
Repeat 3 or 4 times. Or would it be better to use straight sets to avoid a decrease in performance?
I am currently performing Sled work, 3-4 times a week using straight sets and thought using circuits would add variety and expedite fat loss.
