I unrack the bar w/ 95lbs on it(warm up set) and I see in the mirror this big dufus bounding across the gym apparently to spot me…WTF? I mean, WTF?!
I refused to re-rack, stood there giving him the “if-I-dare-put-this-bar-down…” look. Took him a good half a minute to figure out A) I did not need a spotter, and B)I did not want to speak nor hear him speak.

What are your goals? Any reason why do you feel you have hit a wall … How long have you been doing 5 3 1 ?
I’m on my phone right now do you have a squat video on here ? I can’t remember … What type of equipment do you have access to ???.. Different bars ect
