EDIT: I finally got my FA3(about time!). As much as I love coconut oil, I’m just never sure where to fit it so this will be a huge help. My best friend calls me a pill-head, adding 4 more capsules to the mix is not doing me any favors.

So, now I’m curious - what do you take per day? I take a multivitamin, calcium, fish oil and Vitamin D. And melatonin at night.

In a nutshell, I take a pre-natal multivitamin as well as Se7en, vitamin D(2000 IUs), vitamin A(8000 IUs), C & E(PWO), fish oil(a couple of times day), zinc and the EFAs.

I used to take melatonin but I’d wake up with a major hangover the next morning and I was really irritable the rest of the day. Do you ever notice any of that?
My brother said it made him mean, lol.

No, I’ve never noticed anything like this. Although, I’d have to ask my husband if I’m mean.

I have not tried ZMA…I found this nifty stuff at Whole Foods called Nutrasleep, which has a concoction of things that gets the job done. Hasn’t failed me, yet and I usually wake up well rested.
