The general consensus is I’m getting fat, I still think it’s 5-3-1 muscle. So I ran sprints to appease all parties in question.
Warm up
10 jumping jacks, pat jacks, cross overs.
20 ATG prison squats, mountain climbers
10 burpees
10 x 50 yards hill sprints.
