Skipping Breakfast?

Eat something.

It takes 2 seconds to make a decent shake.

Milk+protein+fats (coconut oil, almond oil, half and half).

You could even grab a banana. I could do all that in the time it takes to read this post.

I agree. If I’m running late: a banana or granola bar, a protein shake with whole milk, a handful mixed nuts, and some fish oil caps. It takes me three minutes to make and finish tops.
