I just read Cy Wilson’s “skinny bastard diet” and had some questions. I am 6’ and about 175. i competed at middle weight and came in about 166. i held my own mainly because i was shredded. but i need and want to put on wieght. thinking 15 lbs (at least).
from reading it does not say how to figure out how much fat to intake per lbs of body wieght.
also if anyone has tried it, what did your meals consist of? just pasta and sandwiches w/ little meat?
