Size Based on Bodyweight

Yeah, my arms WERE 15 inches.

And I’m a tad over 6’, so they were REALLY small.

But then again, I started lifting weights so everything could get bigger.

Didn’t do what I hoped it would for my penis though…

You have to start out small. Put a 1.25 or 2.5 pound plate (Olympic sized plate unless you have a really thin dick) around your erect wang and begin to contract and release. You can contract and hold it for several seconds and then release. As you tire, begin to do quick reps.

As you get stronger, you can use 5 or even 10lb plates.

This will make your wenus strong and thick. To help increase the length, begin tying a small weight to the end of your wang and walking around with it. Increase the weight as needed until desire length is reached.

Alternate both exercises throughout the week. For example, use the penis-pumping exercise with the weight around your erect penis on M, W, F. Use the weight plate lengthening exercise on T, Th and Sat. Rest on Sunday.

Increase time and/or reps each week.

Soon, you will have everything you dreamed of.

This guy I was stationed with was about 5’9" and 165-170 if I remember correctly his measurements where:
Chest 45"
Arms 17"
Waist 31"
Thighs 24"
He was strong as hell too. Bench as about 315, Squat 485 and dead 505.
