I am about to start your Guaranteed Size and Strength program. I’ve been lifting for 7 years and have build solid foundation. I am quite tall guy and have problems with back squat due to poor mobility and some health reasons (hemorrhoids). This is why I switched to front sqauts and Zercher squats instead of back squats. Is there any exercise I can perform instead of back squat for my main lower body exercise?
