Looks like a great session!

Legend, happy Oz day! Was over there in 2008 for one, less steak and more bourbon for me back then!

I know I’ve shared this with you before @simo74 , but I was thinking about your kiddo and about how much this video always inspired ME to eat to gain, and thought it might do the same for him

Strongman session today with the mini monster.

I did sandbag carry - 62KG slippery sandbag - 10 rounds (8 in front and 2 on the shoulder)

Mini monster did farmers, waiter walks and some wall sits.

Good fun session.

That’s a good idea, doing that with the plate carries. I’ll have to remember that one.

It’s just trying to find things he can do that are difficult but not silly. It’s more important at the moment that he does it and enjoys it. A lot of my weights and equipment are just too big or heavy. As he does more and gets more consistent I will buys some more toys for him.

Shout out and thanks to @T3hPwnisher.

Watched the Arnie clip with my son this morning and he liked it. He was laughing at the guys ordering their steak and eggs and then asked me who the guy shovelling burger meat into his mouth was (Mike Katz).

We did our training this morning and after training we made a super smoothy (thanks for reminding me of the big shake too). Frozen berries, strawberry protein powder, full cream milk, cream, some ice cubes. It was thick and creamy and tasted great. My son drank a big glass topped off with some whipped cream.

We then backed that up with steak and eggs for lunch. My son had two eggs and some bread to dip in the yolk. I had the steak and some eggs.

So far two big wins for the day. It definitely seems to go better when he can decide what to have and even be involved in making it. Also helps when he thinks the giant muscle men eat it.
