Cheers Dave, it was a good session. As I get used to the higher reps and amrap sets again it should have a better training effect as the weeks progress. Another day like this on Wednesday but Deadlift and overhead focus and then Friday is a accessory (bodybuilding) day. Fun times ahead
General doms update after work out 1. I have doms in my legs and it is getting worse through the day. I am already not looking forward to high rep deadlift and more squats tomorrow.
All look nice but all have a heel, mine have flat minimal soles like wrestling boots

OK so doms is pretty bad today, particularly in the lower body. Talking to coach @wiseman83 we have decided to swap the Wednesday and Friday training days around. That means I will do the bodybuilding work on Wednesday and then deadlift and high rep squats on Friday.
It is a good decision and will allow some extra recovery so I can really push the deadlift amrap sets.

Still like this machine. Slow negative then strong press up. Great pump and burn

This really hits the lats. Only Just 10 on the last set. Will keep this weight next week.
