I’ve taken to meal prepping chili again, and I really like it. Easy to make, I use 93/7 ground turkey since I’m already eating red meat elsewhere, tastes delicious, good carbs and nutrients from the beans and onions.

That being said, if I ever do a true bulk, chili will be a staple.

I can eat a near infinite amount of chili. My serving for dinner is huge, and I crush it in minutes, wanting more. Need more carbs? Add rice to chili. Fats? Use 80/20 beef and watch those fats and calories skyrocket. Seriously, I could pound 1500 calories of chili in one meal and i doubt I’d even notice a difference. Idk why, but that is one food I just demolish.

Throw some shredded zucchini in that chili for some veggies - you can hardly tell it’s even in there. And if you’re not already - onions and peppers make great additions too! #nutritionhack :wink:

Took the kids to the zoo today, fun day out with the family.

Got back late afternoon and had enough time for a quick log practice session. Worked up to 88kg
