Middle of my Back was a little sore but it didnāt really effect the lift.

I took an xtra 1 minute break after the first 10 so it was 21 mins. I also did 5 reps on the last round.
Sweating hard after these, whole body was on fire. That is a whole lot of work in a small amount of time. 3720KG or 8148lbs thrown over the shoulder in 20 mins. Good session.

Lungs burning. Legs were feeling strong, back a little sore from all the sandbag work yesterday. Loving how solid squats are feeling right now. Still need to get my upper back stronger as I can feel this is the weak spot as I get tired.
Hack squat
80 (2 plates each side) x 8 x 3 sets (drop to 1 plate a side on last set. 5 more reps)
These were proper hard. They were making my knees pretty sore.

Good session overall, biceps were really sore from all the sandbag cleans yesterday. Upper back was a little tight too. The rest of me was ready for action.
