I don’t know what substance I could take to get my conditioning to his level but I’m going to need a quadruple dose. Test E + whatever Lance was using in the Tour de France…and probably something else.

I dig it. I think most of us would benefit from spendog a little less time on raw strength and a little more on other aspects of athleticism.

Woke up at 87.2kg - still feeling dehydrated, I have been drinking some hydralite for the last two days so see if adding some salts and minerals helps.

Legs and ass gainz on point today. Bent down at work and blew the arse out of my pants !! Lucky we had some spare pants in the uniform cupboard that fit me !!!

Happy with squat, didn’t do a full prep and haven’t squatted heavy much. 140 was a tiny bit high but I don’t compete so I’ll take it.

Happy overall tonight, little squat PR, bench was off but not worried given I haven’t benched heavy for weeks. Deadlift was ok but not doing low rep heavy sets leading into this definitely slowed me down. Given I didn’t peak properly and the interruptions and alcohol of Christmas and new year I think tonight was ok. I have a week off now and then it’s time to create V2.0.
