Muscles pretty sore today and boy am I hungry. Right forearm has been acheing all day and hurts when I grip hard. If feels like the blood isn’t getting through kinda like when you sleep on your arm. Arms must be so pumped from bench and rows yesterday that it’s all too tight !! Lol

When my wife is angry you better Barton the hatches and get lots of food in because it’s a lot longer than a week young man.

Woke at 86.4kg, still feeling a bit dry. Looks like the little extra food is working. Will stay at this level for another 2 weeks and see what the scale does. Deadlift and OH tonight, looking forward to some AMRAP !!!

Deadlift
Warm up
Bar x 10
65 x 5
Main sets
97.5 x 5
112.5 x 5
125x 5+ (prev PR - 9) 15, could have done more but lungs were done. Weight moved nice and easy.

Lunges
45 x 10 (each leg) x 3 sets
Only did 2 sets and stopped there,
Quads were cramping and I don’t want to impact mondays squats. Wow quads were pumped !!

OH press
Warm up

50 x 5
57.5 x 5+ (prev PR - 12) - 14 was getting dizzy on the last rep !!

SS with
Pull ups + 10kg (close grip hands facing)

Ab wheel roll outs

Great session tonight, it’s amazing how quickly you get used to lower reps and how hard higher volume feels when you switch back. Big shoulder and arm pump and quads really felt the lunges. I am pretty happy with how Im looking, getting a little bit through the waist but still have shoulder and traps veins so can’t be too fat yet !!

I’m going to get back to Jims work after my run with CT.
I love those rep PR’s knowing what to do, before entering the weight room, and when it’s done you feel absolutely amazing.

Thanks @mortdk and @muskratlifts deadlifts seem to be going well for me at the moment. The weight isn’t too heavy so it will be interesting to see what reps I can get over the next 2 weeks.

Woke at 85.5kg mmmmmmm I was hoping to see a 6. I seem to be a little lighter the morning after training so hoping this will go back up tomorrow.

Posterior chain is sore today. That’s a nice way of saying my arse is killing me !! Glutes are still solid from deads and lunges yesterday. Got my daughters karate grading today some will have to set for 90 mins. That may not be fun !!
