Body hates me. Hips and legs are sore as fk, right knee feels like it is falling apart. Two more sessions to go, just got to keep moving forward.

Almost done! Take an extra day or two for recovery, if needed - no point in getting injured. I probably speak for the T-Nation collective when saying we’re all looking forward to you After pics and write-up!

One if the things this taught me was the true meaning of “I need a deload”.

This is what overtraining feels like. You are on the cusp of it right now. This is when you need a break. Although I’ll add it’s now always best to get to this point before stopping.

It put a lot into perspective for me.

Sore but felt stronger today.

Bench

Felt good to get 10 on the first set, but it burnt me out for the other two.

Bent over row
90 x 15 x 2 sets (198 lbs) - 15, 15

Barbel curl

Fk this shit. That made me angry. I was good for 20 tonight but my hip flexors were like no way mate.

Good session overall, everything just hurts.

No stopping for extra rest now mate. Just one more session to go on Friday and then I can deload for a week. I will do a little write up and post it over the weekend or early next week. Thanks for the support mate.

Slept like a dead man last night. Woke on my alarm this morning and genuinely didn’t know what day of the week it was. Feeling like I am going to need to eat all day long today.

Simple burpee session with my son tonight, just 50
Burpees each - piston style (he goes then I go). Always good to train with the mini monster
