Body hates me. Hips and legs are sore as fk, right knee feels like it is falling apart. Two more sessions to go, just got to keep moving forward.

This is what overtraining feels like. You are on the cusp of it right now. This is when you need a break. Although I’ll add it’s now always best to get to this point before stopping.

Good session overall, everything just hurts.
