Excellent. That’s a great amount of food. Kinda what I do. Big 6 eggs for breakfast. That’s 900 calories and 36g or protein right there. 2 high protein lunches and boom you’re well over 2000 calories and 100g of the good stuff.
Nice video on foodage there mate. A smart tweak to listen to the body, digestion etc… re that much milk. Here still lurking in the shadows.

Overhead press is second only to deadlift.
Burpees tonight and I moved pretty well. Did them interval style but without a timer. 7 burpees then pause and take 7 breaths. Repeat 15 times for a total 105 burpees. Interestingly doing it this way I was 1 minute quicker than when I have the timed breaks.
Feel bad I haven’t been posting as much as this awesomeness unfolds, but love watching you set the standard here.

57.5 x 10 x 3 sets (127 lbs) - 10, 10, 9.5 fker stuck half way up.
Bench press
92.5 x 12 x 3 sets (204 lbs) - 12, 12, 11.75 so close to the hooks but couldn’t get it over.
These were good, starting to get used to higher reps without stopping
Bent over row
87.5 x 15 x 2 sets (193 lbs)
Little bit of body English to get the last reps, will stick at this weight.
Standing curl
47.5 x 10 x 2 sets (105 lbs)

Tough session tonight, I was so close to getting the reps on BNP and bench. I will get that last rep on Friday. The SS train keeps on chugging forward.
Getting my burpee on again today. 105 burpee just to get some blood moving and help with recovery. Felt ok.

Forgot to add above, I weighted myself again tonight after training (same time as last 2 weeks). I was 91.1kg (200 lbs). Weight climbing nicely but I think i am going to need to eat a little more. Urghhhhhj
