Got in some conditioning today with …you guessed it Burpees. Interval session - 37 sec work 10 sec rest, 7 burpees per round, 15 rounds. Total 105 burpees.
I was a little sore from last nights gym session but moved really well tonight and felt good after.
Looking swole at the end of that video, mate! Can’t wait to see what Super Squats does for you after 6 weeks.

I’ve said it more than once - squatting like this is 99% in the head. When I ran a programme that required 20 rep squats after the 1st work out of week 5 I had a cry in the shower afterwards. I was so worried about the fact I had most of week 5 and then week 6 to deal with. And what you are doing is harder.
How is the food coming along? Getting the calories in?
The food is going good. Been very consistent with the meals. I can already see that the food is going to be just as tough as the squats by the end of this. I need to up the intake a little more each day this week but so far so good.
