Few more burpees tonight. Interval session again, 37 sec on 12 sec rest, 7 reps per round, 20 rounds. Total 140 reps. Nice pace, hard but not crazy.
I like these type of workouts. When I get to the PI and have less equipment I think I’ll try incorporating them in.

This was brutal tonight looked like I had been in the shower at the end.
Good deload session, got a great pump and hit a bench PR. Who wouldn’t be happy with that.
You should deff do that Harry. Find a heavy rock or a keg or something and add in carry’s, squats worn awkward objects, overhead with awkward objects and burpees and you can do a lot of damage in 30 mins.

Strongman Saturday sandbag work again today.
Deload week so change the session a little. Did 1 carry followed by 20 burpees for 5 rounds. I made the carry a little longer than last time which really got the lungs on fire. Trying to breath whilst bear hugging a sandbag is one of the most unpleasant training things I have done.
Ok so I did a few burpees today and recoded a fun thank you video for 100 YouTube subs
In other news I have tested positive on a RAT test so will be isolating for 7 days.
My son was unwell on Friday and I started to feel a bit crap yesterday and worse today. Just very hot and have a scratchy throat / cough.
Looks like I won’t be starting super squats for another week. I will still do some burpees and body weight training from home and hopefully won’t feel any worse.

Still feeling pretty crap today. Really just like a bad head cold with a scratchy throat.
Managed a short burpee session. 50 x 2 pump burpees with a 2 squat chaser. Just took it slow and it didn’t feel great but was ok. Sweated a bit and then soaked in a hot bath whilst watching 2005 world strongest man final.
Will eat and drink lots tonight and hopefully feel a little better after a sleep.

I got 43 rounds today which is not the best number but given that I am still full of virus it was the best I had.

Second conditioning session of day 4 of isolation. I did a workout which is a break down of the navy seal where you seperate the movements.
5 x 1 pump burpees
10 push ups
10 mountain climbers
20 rounds
This took me a little over 30 mins and was a real chest pumping, obliques burning, lung busting session.
