Dropped the weight on these cause lower back was tight as a nuns chuff from deadlift yesterday.

Bench moved pretty well again. I keep expecting all the high rep burpees to have a negative impact but I am not seeing it yet.

Managed to squeeze in a little burpee session.
Just a straight 100 - 1 pump burpees. Tried to keep a good pace and minimise the breaks. Got it done in under 10 mins. Not exactly fast but enough to work up a great sweat and get the lungs burning.
