Man, great rant, great work, and good job getting to let go a bit for the party.
You’re a treasure.
Really struggled today, was very tired after the week of working late and i was more than a little hungover due to being so out of practice with this party thing.
Forced my self to do some burpees just to sweat some of the poison out.
Went for just 100 burpees, Every fifth rep I did a navy seal so it was 80 1 pumps and 20 navy seals.
It was not nice but it did feel good after.
That’s a great wee workout
In fact that’s the beauty of bodyweight circuitry
The amazing workouts you can construct that are exciting and dynamic
You make a really interesting point here and are spot on. You can literally make hundreds of options depending on what you want to achieve.
Today I wanted to only work for 15 mins cause I figured that might be my vomit limit, but I wanted a little more chest work so I added the navy seals.

Looking strong on them dips buddy ![]()
Congratulations on the rep PR!
Thanks @kd13 they have always been a daily good movement for me. I am still trying to catch @Cyrrex though ![]()
Thanks @jdm135 It is always nice to hit a PR but extra special on deadlifts.
I dunno, 13 with 25 kilo is pretty solid, you might be getting pretty close.
Great deadlifting mate!
Thanks @Koestrizer That means a lot coming from you.
I was just looking back this morning and this training block has to be the best deadlift block I have done. I came into this block having done trap bar deadlifts and SLDL but no conventional since I pulled a max back on the 30th August. To hit these numbers at volume in the first training block is really good. Maybe 2022 will be the year of the deadlift.
It sure will! You have 200 in front of you, just need to reach out and grab it!
