I breathe almost zero when pressing, and probably only after a few reps when benching. But if squats are heavy, then it is every rep.

Can recommend (or maybe avoid? hehe…) @T3hPwnisher 's swings and thrusters. Lighter weight on the thrusters will defo get the hips working and maybe help the lower back too mate. Seems to work for me thus far. But also defo keep it random and keep the body guessing. @ChongLordUno wouldn’t mind seeing more burpees up in here too of course.
Keen to see how your Wed OHP/Pullup session travels. A nice split here from initial reading.
I think for the conditioning it will be all bodyweight stuff that I can do without needing to get in the gym. So its likely some of @ChongLordUno stuff will make an appearance. I also bought a sandbag that I need to fill up so am planning on adding a @T3hPwnisher inspired sandbag session.

Reps - 18, 14, 12 Total = 44
I did the pull and dips alternating sets between each exercise. Great upper body pump after these.
Abs - some
I knew this session was going to be painful. Been walk like a robot from a bad 80’s sci fi movie all day. Got it done but it was not pretty. Great upper body pump tonight, I am talking Scott Steiner Big Poppa Pump style. Lol

Oh mate. The deadlifts were bad. I hope by now people see me as someone who doesnt generally complain or hype himself up by saying how tough something was. My legs were cramping, shaking and I am pretty sure they started crying at one point. Lol
