Solid squatting. Last couple of reps on set 4 and 5 were hard but not grinders.

Felt good to be repping with 100kg
Front delts really feeling it tonight. Not sure but I think this is a volume rep PR for this weight. Claiming it anyway.

Solid 3 reps on each set
Knees to bar - some reps
And that is week 4 session 1 done. Happy with how this went. Squats were hard but didn’t miss a rep and bench was solid. Good job me.

Have you seen how wide his back is and how short his arms are? Seems like a good combination for pull ups.

Losing dead weight makes pull ups easier.

Yes. Hold your air for front squats, but shit yourself as you come out of the hole. That’s how I learned them.
