I normally get that for the first two weeks of taking it, I’ve actually noticed it helps with fatigue at/after work lol I probably could do with eating a bit more red meat though.

Back was still a little sore from Friday’s session. Still got the job done. That has to be a rep PR at that weight.

Bench

95 x 8 x 5 sets (209 lbs) RPE 8, 8, 8, 10, 10 (only 7 reps on last set)
Up and down. Good pump.

These were ugly !! Too tired to care.

Great session tonight. Wasn’t easy but got the job done. Happy boy. Really good pump tonight. All this pressing work has my shoulders and triceps battling with my quads for best body part.

Tonight’s music choices. Guns n roses, Blink 182 and Foo Fighters!

122.5 x 0 first failure for a while, just nothing there!!

I don’t know what is going on with bench right now but it’s not good. I think all the pressing on Monday has worn me out. Right shoulder very creaky might have to drop overhead press for the next block.

Breathing hard after these. Did 9 reps on the last set just cause I felt like it.

What can I say, bench was cack and squats were spot on. Fk bench!!

It went half way up stayed there for 5 secs and slowly came down. RPE 7 :joy:

Almost certainly fatigued from all the volume at high RPEs from last sesh. Meh performance to be expected on this one since it was soon after.

Like shite and then after a deload you feel strong again
