The safety heights on the rack are not great for me. If I go the next one up sometime the bar will hit it which puts me off. At this height I could have just put the bar on my chest and then crawled out ok. On this Set I was a little further down the bench so as I tried to press it into the J hook the weight was over my eyes, hence why I put it behind me. Looks worse than it was.
Mate if it hit me in the head I would probably get a lot more IG likes. Lol

I am not in a good place with bench right now. I’ll just keep doing the work and one day it will improve.
Tried the safeties one hole higher today and it was ok. I must have gotten thicker !!
