New protein powder flavour today - Choc Peanut. Added it to Greek yogurt, then threw in some crunchy peanut butter and some chocolate cereal. Great extra meal for that max recovery !!

Added some direct bicep work for the first time in years. Thanks to @BrickHead and @The_Mighty_Stu advise on another thread I decided to do the isolation work first, for the first time ever. Certainly got a good a pump and was good to be able to really squeeze in the isolation work whilst my arms were still fresh.
I think if I squint hard I can almost see a bicep behind that forearm !!!

lol that was the whole point mate. These restorative blocks are all about doing stuff I don’t do on the program. Getting a pump and having a little fun. There’s an old bodybuilder in all of us somewhere.
