Harness with springs that attach on your shoulders so u can get extra bounce. The log press will be from the floor, lap, clean, head rack and then press

Thanks @littlesleeper and @bigpappafrance It wasn’t pretty but given the effort I was damn glad it actually went up.

So it looks like the burning pain I was getting on the outside of the right Knee has gone away. The bad news is that now I have tendon pain on the rear inside of the same knee. Hurts to left my leg and so a hamstring curl. It seems when you get older you just have wondering pain, as one area clears up a new area starts to hurt.

Wondering pain, as in “I wonder why that’s hurting?”

Exactly or I wonder where the fk that came from.

try targeting it with a cold shower blast on and off for couple minutes…I find it help my knees.

Wife prepared these veggie sushi rolls on the weekend as a way to get the kids to eat more veggies. They are always better when they can eat with their hands. They were a really nice addition to the big steaks I cooked.

Good little pump

Lat pull down 68 x 15 x 4 sets
Lats burning. Great.

Land mines 10kg x 10 x 3 sets

Arms
Rolling tricep ext
SS dumbell curls
12.5kg x 3 sets
Arm pump was insane !!

Easy session with a great pump. Feels like bodybuilding !!
