Pulls were pretty good tonight. Pecs were pretty sore from bench last night and could feel that in the pulls.

Great session. The slight drop in volume this week is perfect and kept me feeling a little fresher today. 2 easy reps at 175 is a good sign. Grip was solid with no chalk so definitely have a lot more in the tank.

Deep, gasping, ragged breaths don’t prevent it from being one big cluster. It was just punctuated with increased oxygen intake :grin:

Really felt like I was working hard tonight.

Trained 1 day late this week due to a shitty day at work on Monday. Everything moved ok but feeling very tired and a little glad that this use last big week. Cut a couple of sets of the accessories tonight, trying to manage fatigue for the rest of the week.
