Good day today. Took the puppy for a walk to the train station to do some socialisation and get him used to big noisy things. Food prepped for the week as always and even helped the misses do some house work. Relaxed in a hot salt bath tonight And feeling pretty good now.
Kids, meet puppy…now take him for a walk.

Hardest session of this block is in the bag. Quality. Happy with how I went tonight. Son woke me at 4am today because he was feeling sick, so went into this session pretty tired. Had some PRE workout to give me a little boost and had a great session.
