Looks like gyms will reopen down here on 22 June with a limit of 20 people. It sure what that will mean with my gym. There aren’t that many times when there is 20 in the gym but guessing it will be more popular when it re-opens.
With gyms coming back in late June, Markos at GPC has posted that Vic states will probably be back on in September. Looks like it will be back to heavy training for me in a couple of weeks.

Home schooling again this morning. Luckily my son can go back to school so I walked him there this morning and dropped him off. Then just have the two girls but they are so easy. My middle daughter had yoga to do today so asked me to join her. Realised how still and inflexible I am, she was like a piece of cooked spaghetti compared to me. It felt good to stretch the body a bit so I did a little more when she finished. Off to work this afternoon until late.

Flexibility = the ability to flex. Flex on her to assert dominance

When I do that she just laughs and says blubber … sad!

So I’ve been feeling a little of for a couple of weeks now. Really tired, body pretty stiff and cranky and just generally not in a good head space.
I am pretty sure it is just an accumulation of the last 6 weeks doing home school and working add hours.
As the isolation stuff has continued I am finding myself less and less inclined into wanting to go out or socialise. Other than work I was never great at that stuff anyway, I don’t love being on my own but happy with just me and the family most of the time.
Now things are starting to open up a bit more here and the wife is real keen to get out away from the kids for bit but I just can’t be bothered.
Next week will be the last week of home schooling and then my girls both go back to school (my son is already back).

I am really looking forward to getting back to my old routine and working normal hours again.

I see you’ve been doing these during your restoration block - how do you like 'em? When the gyms were open, I’d started doing them and was pleasantly surprised at how much of my body they work. Highly preferable to other ab exercises.
