40/22 , 25/15, 20/15 - chest and lats burning nicely
Side lateral raise SS bent over lat raise. 3 sets- 10 reps
Concentration curls SS with

Barbel curls
Nice little quick pump session. Body felt surprisingly loose, well until the pump set in then it was tight!!

I have a day off work today, still have to home school the kids this morning but at least I don’t have to go to work this evening.
Wife is going to a friends house to catch up with some friends for a drink now that the ISO restrictions have eased a little. That means I get to kick back in the couch and watch a boys film. Today is a good day.
Tricep and lat DOMs from yesterday’s little pump session is intense today. It always amazes me how sore you get when you do movements that you haven’t done in a while.

Quick session all done in 40 mis. Some good pump and good muscle burn in areas I don’t usually feel it. Quality
The reason these felt awkward is because they objectively suck.
I agree with @Cyrrex, these do suck (for me). I’ve found doing them on a smith machine really makes them un-suck though, for whenever you next have access.
I find they are ok, good pec stretch. It just felt odd at first because I haven’t pressed in that plane for a long time. By the third set they were fine.
Almost too much of a stretch. Also, I tend to have a close grip even on a flat bench, and that doesn’t work on an incline so it puts me even more out of my comfort zone. Shoulders no likey. Oddly, I like it just fine with DBs.
