My sphincter prolapses at the very thought of Bulgarians with 60kg. But maybe I need a goal.

Must be easier ways to prolapse your colon, surely?

You would be surprised how much weight you can add when you put the bar on your back instead of holding DBs. I prefer using the bar now.

Interesting, I was wondering if that might be the case. I am getting a shitty little bar in a couple days I will be able to load up, but it will be pretty precarious. Like, I have to clean everything I put on my back, and the bulgarians are done using my couch. I know, really sophisticated. How could it possibly go wrong.

Front racked bulgarians? Or are you going to BtN press them as well?

If I were attempt 60 kilo Bulgarians, the BtN press would be the least of my worries.

Surely front rack would not even work.

I feel like I would immediately fall over.

They have deff helped grow the legs. The weight actually didn’t feel too bad, other than a couple of off balance reps.

I’ve done 5x110 kg split squats using a safety bar. You can easily do 60 kg.
