Simo - The Red Shoe Diaries (Part 1)

And all this time I thought this was an English speaking log… I don’t know what anyone has said today. The only thing I understood was the picture. It looks like a Nature Valley granola bar in a bowl of milk.

Imagine a brick of cornflakes with absolutely no flavouring.

We have shredded wheat. It’s terrible. But frosted shredded wheat is awesome.

2 straight logs with no freedom unit conversion Simo. A few people here won’t be happy lol

I want to say he’s been reporting only in metric as of late. Pretty sure that’s how (insert deity) intended anyway.

@johnimperial and @Cyrrex because this week was a deload and the weights don’t really mean much I have been lazy and not converted them for our US companions. I will continue to do the conversion when my new block starts next week. :sunglasses:

What you are really saying is “I will convert them when the numbers look more impressive”

That is exactly it. Sad thing is they still don’t look that good yet. Lol

Start converting to ounces.

“Guys, I just hit a 5291 ounce squat for a double” sounds impressive as shit.

I love the RPE 9 deload session lol, giverrr.

Also, happy Tnation anniversary.

Shredded Wheat is worse than Weetabix IMO but they’re both godawful.

Weetabix Chocolate Chip Minis, though? I’ve got a lot of time for those.

I’ve got an Aussie and a Kiwi friend they swear to Marmite, wegemite, weetabix and whathaveyounot downunder.
Btw happy cake day
OH I love you deloads RPE 9 LOL

I like weetabix if I layer honey on it, then let the milk soak in. That way you get a crusty layer of honey on top of a pleasantly bland mush.

Thanks mate. Bench only felt like that because of the break I had with my bicep tendon issue. My deloads have been fairly heavy but with reduced volume for the last 3 blocks and it seems to work for me. It does sound silly so say deload and then RPE 9 though :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

@MarkKO. Crush them into the bowl with your fist, sugar them, gold top milk, then more sugar.

My fist is hairy. Can I use a hammer?
