I like weetabix if I layer honey on it, then let the milk soak in. That way you get a crusty layer of honey on top of a pleasantly bland mush.
Thanks mate. Bench only felt like that because of the break I had with my bicep tendon issue. My deloads have been fairly heavy but with reduced volume for the last 3 blocks and it seems to work for me. It does sound silly so say deload and then RPE 9 though ![]()
