Damn right! It’ll be pizza for me as well !
@aldebaran @Frank_C, I’m sat here with my pile of vegetables hating both of you
Lookin good Simo.
Thanks mate. when I look back at last years pics compared to this year, I would have loved to have added more muscle (who wouldn’t). but I also have to remember that I’m not 21 anymore and adding any muscle at this age isn’t easy. I am pretty happy with the progress from a body point of view but I am very happy with the strength progress. I seem to be in a good spot right now with training and recovery and my mental state, so I know there is more progress to come this year.
I wouldn’t write off the gains on account of you being an old fella. There’s plenty of young blokes who aren’t doing training and recovering half as well as you
Not writing them off. Just realistic as to how quick changes will take. I am happy with my current rate of progress. After all if I keep going like this for another 5 years i’ll be one strong 50 year old !!
Dam u old af lol
So, how much for the nag of Doritos?
LOL the postage to get them to you would make them the most expensive pack of chips i the world. I sent my mum (in England) a calendar for Christmas that has pics of our kids for every month of the year. The calendar cost me $25 to have printed and bound. The postage was $90 !!
The party size bags u find in woolies are pretty big to be fair

You know there are companies in Britain that would have done the postage free?
Wife does it through a local company where she can go and create the calendar how she wants it and it gets printed and she can see the final result before it is posted. I mentioned that to her after she did it this year, that she could do it online and have it printed and posted in the UK. I think after she saw the postage bill this year she will do it differently next year.
I was trying to get to your latest post and I may have accidentally clicked some random thing from a very long time ago lol.

That’s impressive pressing strength for someone who doesn’t really press or do much dedicated shoulder work. Do you think that’s mostly carryover from bench?
Yer carry over from bench and Db bench. I think most of the carry over is in the tricep strength. I have always had fairly strong shoulders without training them much. Lucky I guess.
