Thursday 12th Dec - week 1

Tried to explode up, moved nice, could be quicker (said the actress to the bishop) could be tighter (said the bishop to the actress)

Squat

100 x 8 x 3 sets (220 lbs) RPE 5, 5, 5
New belt on for these. Felt pretty good. Reps were easy hardest thing was breathing !
Bar felt light, to the point where when I was getting tight under the bar it came up before I was pushing it.

Pull ups (close grip, palms facing me)
6 x 3 sets
SS hanging knee raise
15 x 3 sets

Some curls to get that big arm pump!!

New belt tonight, felt a little stiff but that will go after a few more sessions. I really love the first week of a block, weights are a little lighter so everything moves really nice. Makes you feel strong. Quality

These moved quick.

Squat - tempo 310

These are so horrible !! Hardest but is holding the brace for that long. Really breathing hard after each set.

First felt a little slow, second was better, third was best

Db Row
30 x 8 x 5 sets
Very short rests, 5-10 quick breaths then go again. It makes them hard !!

Good little Saturday night session. Deadlifts were fast and easy, squats were good but still hard work and bench was a little slower than i wanted. Still happy with it, and still riding the gainz train!!

I was thinking another warm up might help but when there is multiple sets I just figured the first is kinda like a warm up anyway!! RPE 3 is funny because it sounds too easy !???
