Moved easy, glutes were so sore from massage !!!

Felt a little wobbly but think it was the bruised legs !! Moved pretty quick though.

Nice little session. Body is very bruised from the massage but it still worked ok. Glad this week is a deload though !! Lol

When you get a massage for recovery but it just puts more stress on your body

I’m not sure this was for recovery. It isn’t really like a massage either, it’s more like scraping !! :sob:

Been browsing the last month I’ve been absent here.
You’ve become much stronger (I told you a while back) and gained muscles.

Good to see things are great in here.

Btw we’ve just had the wettest (is that a word) autumn ever. It’s been raining almost non stop since summer. Not pouring down but just a little and we haven’t seen the sun en ages, it’s become one of those mythical things like Nessie and yeti’s.

Sorry to hear about your wet autumn. It’s not like you guys get the best weather up there anyway so wettest must be pretty bad.
Thanks mate I am feeling pretty strong (for me) these days. Peaking for a comp seems to have really helped up the strength and now everything is moving really nice.

First set Felt a little slow but not hard. Second was much better.

Got my new plan for the next 4 weeks and guess what everyone?? It looks exactly like the last 4 weeks, only slightly heavier (only 2.5kg each main lift each week).
Ha ha no surprise there. Slow and boring makes the gainzzzzz😂

I’ve been feeeling tired and dry as, for over a week now. It doesn’t matter how much water I drink or when I go to bed I am still knackered all day. It hasn’t effected my training but it’s still annoying. I am guessing I have a cold or virus of some sort but the the body is fighting it. Hopefully I can get over it this week and get back on track.

Is the water just passing through you? What’s your salt and carb intake like?

Some sort of virus or something could is a good guess.

It’s funny you say that thing about being dry, I’ve been having similar feelings the last week or two. I think partly it’s the heat, partly could be the smoke in the air. I’m guessing you’re getting that a fair bit as well. Hopefully it’s that and not a virus.

@Voxel @mortdk @muskratlifts The water is deff passing through, I am pissing like a horse. The urine is clear to I don’t appear to be dehydrated but feel very dry. Sodium may be an issue as I don’t tend to add it to food but I do use a little when I cook.
@MarkKO weather or smoke could be a factor, but its less likely given Victoria has been a lot cooler than up there and the smoke isn’t obvious down here. We are experiencing very high pollen count at the moment so maybe that is also a factor.

Painful massages are the best, that belt looks solid, that stash is superb.

Now that is what I call a mass log catch up. Thanks mate, unfortunately the tash has now gone, only grew it to raise money for men’s health and the wife hated it !!!
The belt is really sexy (is it weird hat I said that) and the strength gains are so good. Just started another block last night with the weights a little heavier than the last block and it all felt lighter. Really in a good spot with training right now.
How are you finding fitting in training with family life, are you making it work?
