Felt ok. Deff heavy. Right quad and knee a little grumpy. So happy to get these done. These have to be some of, if not THE BEST squat i have done at this weight In terms of depth and RPE for reps. Very happy

1st set 5 reps each leg. Puffing so hard and really wobbly.
2nd set 6 reps each leg - damn
3rd set 7 reps each leg - arrrrrggghhhh

Dumbell row (single arm) knee on a bench

Dropped the weights on bench and row and went for quality. Was really dizzy after legs.
Really really happy with squats tonight. Legs were sore and knee was grumpy but got the job done. Total Fkn Quality
