Maybe this had something to do with her incredibly low bodyfat around competition time, and not how many reps she was doing. If it was as easy as “do 10 reps and get ripped” you’d see everyone doing that and being lean and muscular. Just maybe… just maybe, it was a lot of hard work and an incredible attention to detail with her diet that made her so incrediblly ripped.
