cool, you’re keeping track of food now?

cool!

where’s the fruit and veggies though?

Gatorade and dried mango!

That’s TWO servings of fruit-- the Gatorade was “Lemon/Lime”…

M-n-M: If you look back in the early pages of the log, I used to post food everyday in detail, but it’s pretty tedious, so I just randomly post food now when I think of it or if I can remember what I ate.

I don’t post anything that doesn’t contribute significant calories, so yeah, there’s veggies in there (had some broccoli, etc.). Corn is a grain-- don’t the tortilla chips count as a vegetable?[/quote]

Use waxy maize instead of gatorade because its gatorade os one of the worst forms of post workout drink there is. i have people do 50 grams of whey isolate with 50 grams of wazy maize (more depending on the body part…less carbs for smaller body parts, more for bigger body parts) This has worked well in the past. wait an hour and then eat next meal. Biggest mistake I see people make is stressing over the most minute things and this can cause stress in itself. When dieting dropping to 250 caloires vs 300 caloires I known people to loose sleep over because they where 50 grams over their caloire intake.

So I just told them to go walk around the house alittle longer then it will all balance it self out. I did that as a joke and the anal retentive people actually did it…I tell people never count caloires just eat by proportions increase it by 1/2 cup or reduce it by half and you can never go wrong.

Chest/Tri
(Light week, not quite ‘deload’)

Bench:
Bar x 10
135 x 20 (all paused)

Inc. DB Press:
40x10
70x5
80x3
90x5
110x2

BB Floor Press (raised on aerobic step + riser = 4" off chest)
135x3, x3, x3 (30sec cluster)
225x3, x3, x3
245x3, x3, x2

D1-- Tate Press: 35x10, 45x10, 50x8
D2-- Seated DB Lat Raise: 35x10, 40x6, 40x4 + 35x5

Rec Bike: 25min.@L.11

Nice work on the floor presses!

I’m going to have to use the aerobic step next time…I did floor presses today, but not the right set up…

Good thinking!

somebody tell steelyD just what a “deload” day is …

nice work

Today was a tried-and-true ‘deload’—> OFF!

I like the looks of this. I’m joining the ranks of the “Gravy, Ice Cream and Bacon” diet where every meal should include one of those as I eat up to 165 in the next 18 days. Maybe I’ll have some Ben and Jerry’s tonight

I approve of this diet. Bacon and Ice Cream are food groups in their own (along with Pizza, Chocolate, and Ketchup).

Gravy goes with everything. “I’m goin off the rails on the Gravy Train…”

I’m going to be thinking unsavoury thoughts, of course…
