Nothing… in fact most bodybuilding shows are in the afternoon (pre-judging) and night (night show). Simply sip some water during the day and eat a little food during the day if you start to feel flat.

Just wanted to say thanks for the info in the article and your quick response to my question. Had the shoot yesterday and really pleased with the results. I definitly got in better shape following your recommendations than I otherwise would have achieved.
