Shredded! (A Short Film)

that 145-155 kid right at the end, he’s got it. He’ll be okay.

the douchebag whos gf left him, in 10 years hes going to be that juicer asshole at the club, who still isn’t stronger than an intermediate natural powerlifter.

Agreed. He’ll fit right in with the Woodbridge juice monkey club guidos…

“I don’t really want to focus too much on my legs, beacuse I know they’re already big enough. I don’t want to get them any bigger”

I can’t believe most of your comments. I mean this short documentary is to illustrate the "idiocy’ of the culture, how well marketing has brainwashed the youth, how little everyone is taught on proper nutrition, and how despite 60+ years of “physical education” in our schools the youth still know absolutely shit about training and exercise, let alone for reasons of size and strength.

The funniest thing is when you were 16 and first picked up a weight you probably ALL sounded like these naive young men. We ALL did. Just because we know more now should simply tell you that next time you see one of these one-egg-white wonders in a gym doing something you think they could do better …MAN UP…and teach them.

You learned somewhere down the line something better, teach it. Don’t be a critic.

There alot more people like this in highschools than you guys think. However there are a few who do things properly and have the right direction howcome those guys are never showed in these videos… I want to smell good lmao. I wanted to be in this video… the 15 year old who knows squat. Makes all teen indians look like douches =[. Poster above me , not everyone was as ignorant as those shown in the video. Some of us just kept quiet and learned. I do completely agree with you about teaching. I’m glad this ex powerlifter taught me how to lift properly this summer or else I’d still be half squatting.

Alltraps dont generalize and say we ALL at 16 sounded naive. Maybe just the crowd you hung around with were lke that, not everyone is the typical teenager…

How do you propose we teach the folks in the video?

any way someone could post an alternate link to it? Maybe it’s because i have a mac at work.

…“its kinda a let down knowing i cant be like ronnie, cutler and levrone”

X2

anyone else think its funny that they’re working hard so they can get chicks, but the chicks really like personality more than a buff guy. its like they’re digging themselves deeper lol.

This is the kind of shit that causes people to have such screwed up views of fitness and nutrition. Wonder what would happen if we educated people properly… then again, I do enjoy never having to wait to squat or deadlift.

har har har, kudos to me for actually watching the whole thing, god i feel so gay, i cant believe i jus watched a video about some dumbass kids, or actually i think it was just 1 kid that kept pissing me off

mabey i was 100x more lucky than you but i in no way started like them. try not to project things like that on the world.

Kind of weird to think you share the gym with people like this, that you being there makes them feel shitty about themselves.

I can understand the obsession but holy shit, these guys really take it too far.

Please don’t bunch me into such a massive generalization like that. I wasn’t remotely like that.

This video is awful. They are all acting like steroids are the only way to get hyooge so they should just give up now, and that protein and creatine are drugs. Fuckin whiney ass bitches.

i cant watch more den 1 minute its to cringing. Its liek they pull a fucken a number out of there head and a BF below 10% and say ya man i want to be that big/small LOL

nah that’s b.s, working out gets you chicks 100%, I started working out in grade 9, at 135, hit 180 in mid grade 10, and in class i would pretend to stretch (like an overhead tricep press) to show off mA GUNZ, long story short, i got laid 1 month later cuz the chick “i wanted to get with you cuz you had big arms” BAM, gettin jacked gets you laid /end

Edit: although i do understand you’re point and the irony involved in the video, just had to brag for a minute

sigh
