the pain resides in the front as well as rear delts, pretty much all the way along both muscles
the clicking occurs anytime arms are at, or above shoulder level
I have been doing a ton of scapular stabilization work, diesel crew rehab/prehab and working on thoracic mobility, but still, no dice
also tried doing DC shoulder dislocations, but those hurt me even more it seems
(felt a sharp pain after doing a dislocation and it hasn’t been the same since)
does anyone have any suggestions other than what I am doing to help alleviate the pain as well as the clicking?
behind the neck presses helped me, i did high reps and concentrated on pulling the shoulders back and down when the barbell was down, and i didnt go lower than my ears. are you doing any external rotations? try isolation, face pulls, seated dumbell cleans and h-rolls
