Shoulder Specification

I have by all means decent to good muscle definition throughout my body. Except my shoulders, for some reason, I can’t seem to build any muscle on them.

I do all those front raises, and seated shoulder presses, and nothing seems to work. Is there any fool-proof exercises out there that will help?

Try not sitting during presses. Standing barbell military press seems to get the job done.

And you’ve gained how much overall body weight and muscle mass?

You might have to eat more

Noooooooooooooooo!!!

DB Lateral Raises to the side?

Pressing Machines?

Reverse Pec-Deck?

What about trying HSS-100 Shoulder Specialization, if the other bodyparts isn’t lagging either? Else just do some more shoulder-work, like push-presses, military presses and cable (rear) lateral raises.

cries I have to eat to get bigger shoulders!? but i dont wanna gett fat you clowns!

Without seeing you my guess would that your form is not dead on for full delt stimulation.

If someone has poor delt development it’s usually in the side and rear delts …so start there.

Try using a very wide grip on overhead presses and only doing the top half of the press. Really nail your form down on lateral raises …Larry Scott gives the best advice on that. Try dumbbell upright rows and overhead squats (start light because balance will be a real problem). Keep in mind that these things can be “dingy” on the shoulders, so ease into them and be careful.

yes behold my super genius answers

one could try (fat free) silicon deltoid implants. I’m sure there’s a few doctors hear in LA that specialize in that.

The only studies I know of were done on lab mice by Dr. Elmer Shnitszalhausen. He took two groups of mice and had them do overhead presses. One Group was feed more mouse food than the other.

Amazingly over time the higher calorie group all produced bigger and stronger mouse deltoids while the lower calorie group made no significant progress.

This study is clearly bad science. No data was reported about mouse body fat increase or the ratio of carbs/fats/proteins in the mouse food, or the recovery strategies of the mice. Furthermore, I would be inclined to believe that the mice who showed growth were just using large quantities of mouse roids.

I would like to see more studies by Dr. Elmer Shnitszalhausen before I believe that eating more food increases muscle mass.

There is another study done by Dr. Himen Bullzershiten that shows the importance of air on lean muscle gains. He took two groups of rats both on a hyper caloric diets 40% pro 30% fat 30% carb. Both groups did heavy sets of rat squats and barbell rat rows. One group was given air the other wasn’t. Conclusion- the air group showed a 23% increased lean muscle mass. The non air group showed no gains.

Do you know if it is possible to purchase air in capsule form? I would like to find ways to get more air into my regimen as that is probably what is holding my gains back.

I get my air from a dealer at the local gym. You can order high quality air capsules some from a pharmaceutical company in the Ukraine via the Russian mob. Some guys go down to Mexico to get theirs. I suggest you don’t. This source of air contains higher levels of of carbon monoxide that cancels out the anabolic effects of air.

I found that heavy push presses and standing mil press caused alot of growth for my shoulders.

I got a seizure notice from Customs on my last order of air. I went for the injectable version rather than the pills this time. (I heard that air was a lot more effective from the syringe than from pills - but it’s a lot more painful.) I ordered from a lab in Greece. You should get your air from a local source and don’t order it from the Internet.

Has anyone tried Aerial Stak 2? I’ve heard they had to water it down since the proair ban.

This is alright in capsule form but to avoid excess flatulence I inject my air directly into my lungs with a long syringe. This makes Aerial Stak 2 a no no since the extra water makes me cough.
