I think it unnecessary to push your abs out. Tryit 1 arm at a time and really extend the arm you are using at the top of the lift. Shoulders, traps, serratus anterior all fire real nice. If you do it 1 delt workout, you’ll notice the difference immediately. Another reason I like it one armed is the work one rest the other allows more work to be done in a shorter amount of time, allows you to see which arm is lacking in strength and mobility and adjust accordingly. Have you tried the overhead squats from this issue? Wow!
