Ok so I weigh in at 230 and I’m doing Cw’s ABBH1 recently I’ve had to stop working out due to family problems and when I returned to working out I’ve doubled up my days so in one day I’m doing
Benchpress: 10 sets with 3 reps (170 lbs)
Barbell: rows 10 sets with 3 reps (80 lbs)
Dips: 5 sets of 10 (remember I’m 230)
Chin ups: 5 sets of 10
And recently my right shoulder (right is my dom) has had aggonizing pains after I get done with each set so of course I’ve stopped but I’m wondering if I should start back up normal and with lower weights? any opinions would be great

Well, look again at your rowing and benching numbers. The weight you’re benching is more than twice as high as the weightr you’re rowing. That’s a serious push/pull imbalance right there (30x170=pushing 5100lbs, 30x80=2400, making a 2700lbs difference, more than a ton). I imagine that can’t be good for your shoulders.
Most likely a pinched nerve. I had that problem a couple months back. If it gets more severe, the further you exercise and then the pain miraculously dissapers right after you stop; then most likely pinched nerve.
Get it checked by a doc who’s expert in sports medicine. Could be nothing much, could be something like a SLAP tear of the labrum, which is unlikely to be fixed short of surgery.

Excellent point. As well, you have waaaaay more movements that promote internal rotation as opposed to external rotation. I’d just nix the program in general and use one that is more “balanced.”
