Shoulder Pain

During the last two weeks I did 2 heavy shoulder workouts using 5 RM weights for Presses and Upright rows. Prior, I had been doing sets of about 10 reps. Then on my chest day, I had shoulder pain on the negative portion of the lift (Bench Press) and when releasing the bar. Really no pain for the positive part of the lift. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this?

And 1 unrelated question. I just took a dose of MAG-10 and it is the new flavor. Tastes a little minty. My last bottle (The older flavor) was gritty. There were little floating particles. This bottle has none. I am just curious why?

There have been three looks to MAG-10: milky, clear (but very strong taste), and sorta milky with a good cinnamon taste. The cinnamon is the newest and best. The formula is the same for all though.
