Shoulder Blast

been incorperating some of this in my shoulder routine and holy shit it kicks ass.
Never able to actually get my shoulders sore but after adding some of the techniques from this article you’ll really get a nice pump on your shoulders

Meadows’ training theories are wicked and effective, no doubt. His rear delt destroyer sets are one of my favorite techniques for shoulders.

Just to comment on this, soreness doesn’t always relate to results. It’s entirely possible to be sore after every workout and still make no progress. I’d bet that’s actually what the average person in most gyms ends up doing. You can also have your nutrition dialed in to the point that you’re rarely sore and see progress every week. I’d call this ideal.

Also, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend his stuff to beginners. It can be high intensity and high volume, which takes some time to work up to. For some, it would be like turning the knob to 11 when plain ol’ 10 would be just fine.

Thanks for the advice bro. I’m not really a beginner just out of the game for a while injuries and shit. I was used to doing high volume heavy kettle bell work so its cool

Chris,
How long do u think I should wait before incorperating those methods into my routine? And how frequently every other session ?

Also do u think it would be OK to do face pulls everyday
I thought my shoulder routine was kind of light anyway. What do u think.
Face pulls 3x10
Lateral raises 3x10 plus partials 3x10
Rear Delta fly 3x10 plus partials (swings) 3x10
Front raise 25lb plate
