This will be my first PH cycle, and I wondering if this is the right product to start with. The PCT worries me. But on the other hand, they seem to work really well. Is there a product that’s not a pro-hormone that can come close? How important is the PCT? Can I do it wrong?
Who out there is big? And how did you get big?
I’m 31 years old, 6’0", 225 lbs (up from 200), and 13-15% BF. I train 4-5 days a week on my lunch break using the 5x5 routine. I am trying to get to 240.
I’m currently on:
Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer
Amplified N.O. Loaded (Pre-workout)
CELL-TECH Hardcore (post)
along w/ multi vitamin and fish oil
As far as reccomended doses go… Seems to work best at 75mg MINIMUM and needs to be run for longer cycles as it takes a while to kick in.
6 Weeks at 100mg ED seems to be a commom reccomendation.
PCT would be a typical SERM based protocol such as 40/40/20/20 with nolvadex/tamoxifen.
Liver protection would be run through cycle and PCT.
I gave Havoc a run a while back and had a very possitive experience with it although the back/calf pumps got painful with all the walking I had to do around campus. Strength gains were very signifigant. Havoc is best dosed at 30-40mg ED for 4 weeks with the same PCT as above.
Thanks for the info. It seems the more I look into PH cycles the more I don’t know. I’ll probably do more research before I try anything out. I wish there was a natural alternative to a PH to get that kind of growth…
