I am 23 yrs years old, weigh 170lbs at 12% bf. I feel that I have hit a plateau, and did some researched and want to use a pro-hormone to farther continue my progress. Oh btw I have been training since I was 17 so I have 6 yrs of training. I wanted to do an effective cycle that is mild on the liver with mild sides, but with great size, srength gains, and decrease bf%.
I eat about 6 times a day (try to get protein every 2.5-3hrs) and 2500-3500 cals a day (2500 on off days)
What do you think of this cycle
Week 1: 500 mg milk thistle (everyday)
Week 2: 50 mg H-drol (H-drol/ 2 caps), cycle assist (two servings(4 caps each) daily)
Week 3: 50 mog H-drol (H-drol/ 2 caps), cycle assist(two servings(4 caps each) daily)
Week 4: 50 mg H-drol (H-drol/ 2 caps), cycle assist(two servings(4 caps each) daily)
Week 5: 50 mg H-drol (H-drol/ 2 caps), cycle assist(two servings(4 caps each) daily)

week 6: AI post cycle support (1 serving (4 caps daily),500 mg milk thistle, battle fuel (1 serving ED)
week 7:AI post cycle support (1 serving (4 caps daily),500 mg milk thistle, battle fuel (1 serving ED)
week 8:AI post cycle support (1 serving (4 caps daily),500 mg milk thistle, battle fuel (1 serving ED)
week 9:AI post cycle support (1 serving (4 caps daily),500 mg milk thistle,
week 10: 500 mg milk thistle
As for a SERM I don’t know If I should do CLomidex at 2 caps every day
or Novadex at 20/20/10/10/10
Should I add anything else?
