I’m 22 and am planning an H-drol cycle. I’ve been lifting since I was 15 and I’m 5’10" 180. I’m not claiming to be anywhere near my natural potential.
I’ve been researching and am planning this all over the counter.
4 Week Cycle: H-drol 25/50/50/75 and 2/3/3/4 caps a day of Liv.52
4 Week Pct: Liver Xt 6/6/6/6 caps and 3/2/2/1 caps Inhibit-E
My maintenance is 2.5k or so and I’m thinking I’ll eat 3.5k or 4k calories each day.
Tell me how it looks, thanks.
Nothing sold OTC is suitable for PCT. nothing.
And if you think youre just going to add 1000-1500 calories to your diet out of the blue you have an interesting ride ahead of you. How about something more sensible like 200calories per week starting a few weeks before the cycle and then adjust from there.
2500 calories is not a lot of food. Unless you starve youself now 4000 will be quite a difference from your current routine

Yeah I’m not completely sure how to get ahold of serms but I’m sure I can find somewhere online.
I’m at 2500 right now because I’ve been cutting. I understand how difficult adding that many calories is, but I won’t be staying clean, it will be with pasta/pizza etc. daily, and I have already gotten most of it.
As I finalize the cycle I’ll be counting up all the calories, I only want to do a 4 week cycle and I don’t want to waste it.

Well thats the right approach. Good luck.
And those other supps like liv52 and whatever else are not necessary. Liv52 has its benefits ut 4 weeks of hdrol isnt going to stress your liver.
Google research chemical SERM and youll find something.

Do you mean that he just may have trouble ingesting the extra 1500 calories (since his current intake is low) or that it is too big of an increase and will likely end up just making him fat? Or both?

Well I think it would be very difficult for someone who eats so little to make such a drasatic change, but it’s possible.
And I do think it is unecessary to make such a drastic increase to add muscle. No guarentee itll turn to fat though. Id guess it would cause fat gain though.
1000 calories isnt such a huge amount. But when the original calories are only 2500 thats a huge jump. Someone going from 5000 to 6000 is different
It is a big jump, but I think it would do him good. I agree, you don’t need to add 1000 a day over maintenance to gain, but if you want to maximise the amount of muscle you gain, its the best option. And if you start getting too fat too quick you can always cut back, Why bother with the PH though? Just do a proper cycle and save your liver. Or get some proper orals.
I hate to be another person like this, but after hearing how mild h-drol supposedly is, would it be much of a risk to pct with inhibit-e and P.C.T assist, or any other otc options?
I’ve thought about that or possibly having nolva on hand in case of any problems.
I know I would only be putting myself at risk, I’d just like to hear realistic chances.
Nevermind, I found nolva and will use it 20/20/10/10.
What are your lifting stats and goals from the cycle? If it’s to gain size why are you even considering PH’s at 5’10’’ and 180lbs?
The taper you have is completely wrong… Hdrol is best when run in between 75-100mgs/wk. and for 5 weeks, not 4.
The pct should be strictly nolvadex ran @ 40/40/20/20. You can find research grade tamoxifen citrate cheap as hell, no problem. Google it.
